Les Hiboux is an 18th Century Charantaise Farmhouse and 3 Cottages, situated in a small hamlet with outstanding views, 5 km from the market town of Chef Boutonne in the Deux Sevres region of France. The 4 properties share a swimming pool and boules pitch in 3 acres of enclosed garden/grounds.

The properties consist of:-
La Grange, sleeps 12 guests, has 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin and 1 en-suite double with a further 2 bathrooms.
L' Hibou, sleeps 10 guests, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 double with a single, and a triple room all of which are en-suite. There is also a downstairs shower room.
Le Noisetier, sleeps 6 guests, has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
La Vieille Maison, sleeps 6 guests, has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
(L’Hibou can be linked with Le Noisetier, via an internal lockable corridor.)
