Port Tonic Art Center a ainsi pour but de promouvoir le Dialogue des Cultures par l’art, de favoriser la création artistique, d’en diffuser la connaissance et enfin de soutenir les espaces de création pour les artistes et lieu de rencontres entre l’art et le grand public.
