Situé à 12 minutes d’Arles, le restaurant étoilé au guide Michelin La Chassagnette ★ est une ancienne bergerie au cœur de la Camargue.
Avec son potager bio de plus de 2 hectares, elle est un hommage à la nature et à l’art de cuisiner.
Depuis 2014 toute la cuisine est libre de gluten et le pain préparé sur place.
Le Chef, Armand Arnal, Maître Restaurateur, puise son inspiration dans cet environnement unique.
