Le Domaine Gayda est niché aux pieds des contreforts Pyrénéens, et entouré de son vignoble en agriculture biologique dans le village de Brugairolles à 25 km au sud ouest de Carcassonne.

C'est avec passion que Tim Ford et Anthony Record, ont uni leurs forces aux talents de Vincent Chansault afin de créer un environment exceptionnel d'où leur équipe élabore les vins du Domaine Gayda.

Le chef Jean Christophe Gille dirige 'Le Restaurant' qui se situe au dessus du chai, d'où l'on peut profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur les Pyrénéens en dégustant les vins du Domaine et en appréciant uni cuisine créative, modern, aux saveurs raffinées dans le respect es saisons et des produits locaux.

Notre philosophie est à l'image de notre passion pour le vin, basée sur une viticulture durable, respectueuse et instinctive. La diversité et la complémentarité de nos terroirs du Langudeoc-Roussillon, ainsi que les goûts et arômes de nos cépages, nous inspirent en se libérant des conventions et en ne produisant que des IGP PAYS D'OC de qualité.

Situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, surrounded by its organic vineyards, Domaine Gayda can be found 25km south west of Carcassonne in the village of Brugairolles.

Owners Tim Ford and Anthony Record have joined forces with winemaker Vincent Chansault to create an outstanding facility where the team handcrafts the Domaine Gayda range of wines.

Chef Jean Christophe Gille heads up 'Le Restaurant', situated above the winery, where one can enjoy the full range of our wines paired with the delights of his modern French cuisine whilst enjoying the spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Pyrenees mountains.

Domaine Gayda has a pioneering philosophy based on a new approach to wine making, viewing things from a new perspective free from the constraints of convention. Inspired by the diversity and compatability of our 'terroirs', our wines truly reflect the aspirations of the whole team at Domaine Gayda.
