You can sample Brittany area inspired seafood, or truffle and other treasures of the Argonne forests. Madame Aguesse is a sommelier de Champagne, who has a wide range of wines in her celler, and would be more than happy to invite you to tasting and pairing at the venue.
Besides the memorable cuisine, the establishment has 14 charming guest rooms that can host 30 guests at a time. Each room is unique and equipped with antique furniture and art works collected from the Aguesses' travel around the world.
For relaxation, you are invited to the spa, where you can enjoy the swimming pool and sauna. Massage can be arranged for you to truly let go of stress and regenerate positive energy.
